Today US got a national dept or federal deficit of almost 13trillion dollar
This is the worst since the 1946 during the world's war two.
But what is going on? Many American still do not realise and agree with that they are facing a huge deficit! Having a giant dept, the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer!
Few years ago, America had a national surpluses for a four years of duration from 1996.
Year 2000 President Bush has been chosen as the new president of America, two years after the election the financial crisis and the surplus turn into deficit. People may blame that the tax cut (declared by President Bush) and medicare offer to all the residents/ Americans..
It does effect the overall results in today's deficit... But please do not forget the incident of 911
11 September 2000, two planes crash into towers of world trade center, and the war is begin.
In my own opinion, he(President Bush) took the action to start the war is to prevent the second similar terrorist attack, but the fact is to play around with wars and weapons, they have to pay the bills.
In contrast, while the wars is carrying out, the federal of America once again approve the medicare plan where it cost around 600billion on the deficit!! The further tax cut, during the wars is just like add frost to snow...
Soldier, weapons and all the heavy machinery based on the experts, it will cost approximately 500billion US dollar~ Tax cut come at the critical time, the disaster come after another...
4 years ago, the new president Barrack Obama come onto the stage..
A real shambles is passed to his hands, the day after he won the election, the only mission for him is to reduce the deficit. To reduces the deficit there is no other ways, he have to increase the tax or reduces the amount of spending on medicare, or BOTH.
These day Americans is getting older, the government have the obligate to pay for their medicare, medicaid and social security...
Federal government has had no enough money to pay for so what can they do is to borrow money form other country especially China, the 'debt ball' is rolling to become bigger and bigger!!
It's very clear, if Americans do not solve/unable to solve the problems by their own today...
I can tell you America will be eliminate due to debt crisis.
Today is history of tomorrow... Remember this Americans, what you do today is what you get tomorrow. The shadow will always follow the object.... You are the object, and the debt is your shadow follow by your self today.
