I use to be very nervous when somethings important is coming to me...
Where the exam is what I am usually pointed to, who never fell heart popping when exam? LOLX
Usually try to do something silly will help in relaxing and distracted your harass.
OR else you can try to remove all the roots of harassment to a people you trusting in~
